MISERY

When Tromsø's main stage Hålogaland Teater did their version of "Misery" by Stephen King, and director Ketil Høegh asked me to compose the music, it felt like a dream assignment.

I was a big fan of the author, and loved the film, and I really liked the challenge of writing for a new medium.

The result was well received, and even though I didn't get all my wishes fulfilled, like mounting powerful transducers under the audience's seats to shake their bodies with sub bass, the experience was very satisfying and inspiring.
