Mать/MOTHER

In 2009 I was commissioned again to compose a silent movie soundtrack for a live performance at Tromsø International Film Festival.

This time it was Vsevolod Pudovkin's silent movie "Mother" from 1926, and I was teamed up with Aggie Peterson and Sergey Suokas to do the job.

This new edition was first performed in Tromsø in January 2009, and then we also toured selected locations in Norway and Russia in the autumn of the same year.
